Pivot3 is dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience and to resolving issues quickly and professionally. Our sales engineering team reports directly to the CEO to ensure the highest level of responsiveness. The following plans are available to customers and resellers.

Standard 3 Year Hardware Warranty

The Pivot3 standard hardware warranty is included free of charge with each product purchase and provides 3 year return-to-factory replacement parts with free ground transportation. A Rapid RMA process reduces administrative overhead to speed field issue resolution. Extended warranties can be customized on a request basis.

Standard Support Plan

Standard support is free of charge with each product purchase to smooth product installation and setup. Standard support includes 8 hour x 5 day phone and email support along with any product updates or fixes for 90 days. Standard support hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Premium Support Plans

Premium support is charged on an annual basis for customers interested in more direct access to Pivot3 support resources. Premium support extends support hours to 24 hours x 7 day phone and email support, includes software updates for a full year and adds overnight cross-shipping of hardware replacement parts.

Custom Training & Installation

Pivot3 support engineers will quote and deliver custom configuration, installation and training support as needed for the most complex installations.
